A Community Discussion on 295 West First, Article 80 Process, and Planning and Development of the First Street Corridor: Sept. 11, 5:15-6:30 PM

Friends of NoB Neighborhood Association will host an in-person, outdoor forum on Wednesday, September 11, 5:15-6:30 PM on E Street between West First and West Second. Please hold this time on your calendars and plan to meet on the sidewalk there. All are welcome!

To help us prepare, please RSVP at friendsofnob@gmail.com with your name/address/affiliation – and please indicate if you wish to speak at the meeting.

As of this morning, September 6, we understand that the 295 West First Street development project has been put on the September 12 BPDA board meeting agenda for a vote – even though there has been no further public engagement or discussion with the community since being pulled off the BPDA board agenda last month.
