736-742 East Broadway: Demolish Existing and Erect New Four-Story Mixed Use with Restaurant – Comment Period Ends 9/23
Another Residential/Ground-Floor Restaurant Development proposed on East Broadway between K and L Streets. On August 22, a Small Project Review Application was filed with the Planning Department/BPDA. No public meetings have been scheduled yet; watch for dates on the project website. Public comment end date has been set for September 23.
The development team describes the project as follows: Erect a new four-story building to contain 12 dwelling units, with a ground-floor restaurant and six off-street garage parking spaces.
