Halloween Parade 2022

Last Saturday, we welcomed more than 300 neighbors, friends and family (and many four-legged family and friends too) for a beautiful afternoon of Halloween haunting in East First/I Street Park on the Boston Harborwalk.

Congratulations to all the costume prize winners and thank you to BYOD (Bring Your Own Dog) South Boston and to J.P. Licks for generous prize donations.

Big THANK YOUs go to our many volunteers, including our costume contest judges and treat station staffers, to our elected officials and their representatives who joined in the fun, and to officers from the Boston Police C-6/South Boston and Massachusetts State Police for helping to keep everyone safe.

Special shout outs go to State Representative David Biele, South Boston Neighborhood Services Liaison Anna White and Boston Police Officer Ayesha Lawton for spending the afternoon with constituents, and to Mike Manning and the Friends of the Boston Harborwalk for their ongoing partnership with Friends of NoB. We also wish to thank Haley Dillon who attended on behalf of State Senator Nick Collins.
